As Recruiting & Employer Branding Specialist (m/w/d), you are a key contributor to the acquisition of talent and strengthening our employer brand. Your task is as follows: For our Hamburg location: You take responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from the creation of appealing job alerts to the pre-selection and execution of job interviews to the final contract negotiation – and thus for a positive candidate experience. Active sourcing and the direct address of potential candidates via various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, XING etc.) as well as the expansion and care of our talent pool are a welcome challenge for you. As the first respondent, you are looking for talent management for our HR Business partners as well as specialist and executives in all questions. You are attractive to shape our career website and our social media appearances as an employer as well as our advertising materials. For the Feddersen Group: You continuously develop, implement and optimise a consistent employer branding strategy for the Feddersen Group. For this purpose, you define and communicate our Employer Value Proposition (EPP) and build a strong employer brand inward and outward. You are responsible for the design and implementation of a uniform recruiting process as well as tools and standards for the entire group to increase efficiency and quality. Your tasks include consulting and support for HR teams at our national and international locations in all questions of recruiting and employer branding. Of course, your work is based on the analysis of recruiting KPIs, so that you continuously optimize our processes in recruiting & Employer branding.

A solid basis is your successfully completed study or training in the fields of personnel, communication, business or psychology. You already have several years of professional experience in recruiting and you have successfully developed and implemented effective employer branding measures. Your work is independent and proactive; you always focus on our employees and candidates. An open and inspiring personality distinguishes you. You are committed, communicative and appreciate the team's collaboration. A high level of creativity, a strong sense of recruiting trends and a real passion for your work are also brought along. In dealing with social media as well as corporate media, applicant management systems and all popular digital tools, you are absolutely safe.
