Be there from the beginning: Our warehouse in Gießen is completely new. You help us build. Your ideas are important. Together we test how the work works best. Logistik-Alleskönner: You process items from our range using modern handheld scanners (MDE devices). Your tasks are: accept goods, clean up the shelf and pack packages and make our customers happy. We'll show you how to do this.

Process optimization: During the preparation phase for our new warehouse in Gießen you actively participate in process tests and error analyses. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our processes.

Teamwork: We help each other. No one is left alone. No matter where you come from – you are welcome with us. Together we are a strong team.

Leading by example: You go ahead with a good example by performing your tasks efficiently, quality-consciously and reliably.

Further development: We teach you everything – even without training. If you do your job well, you can get up with us. We promote your personal development – from the specialist function to the leadership role.

Mobility for your onboarding: You are ready to complete your 5-week onboarding at another Zalando location. There you will learn our processes from scratch and understand the processes in detail before you start at your fixed location. We will cover all travel and accommodation costs for you. Ready to use: You want to work in the 3-shift system (full-time, 40 hours per week) on 5 days from Monday to Saturday.

Physical fitness: You are physically resilient – daily walking and standing over longer distances are no problem for you.

Flexibility & readiness: You are open to various areas of application. It motivates you to take part in other teams, learn new skills and train yourself in different departments.

Zalando Warehouse Gießen Our European logistics network is growing: we are currently in the preparatory phase for the opening of our new site in Gießen (Hessen), which is just an hour away from Frankfurt am Main. The 130,000 square meter logistics centre is operated by Zalando and is designed for up to 1,700 employees. From this location, 2026 customers in Germany and neighbouring markets will receive their packages from summer. Our logistics staff ensure that more than 50 million Zalando customers receive their orders reliably every day in more than 25 European markets. Zalando now has a Europe-wide logistics network with twelve locations in seven countries. In Germany alone, around 6,000 employees from over 100 nations work at four Zalando logistics locations. .
