Financial Accountant 100% Remote I Start-Up (m/f/d)

You don't just want to manage numbers but have real influence on decisions? In this role you actively shape the financial transparency of a growing company, completely remote and with a lot of self-responsibility. You work closely with the management and directly influence the company's success story. The position must be set remotely at the next time possible. Description Completion & Reporting - You are responsible for the monthly completion, perform voting and create management reports. You work closely with the external accountant who takes over the current accounting. Taxes & Compliance - You are the central contact person for our external tax advisor who creates the tax returns. You provide the necessary data, check the results carefully and ensure that all deadlines are complied with. Treasury - You carry out banking transactions, manage the quarterly liquidity planning and maintain fixed assets. Audit support - You prepare documents for the annual audit and act as an interface to the auditors. Corporate Governance - You play a central role at the interface between management, investors and external partners: You keep the stock register up to date, prepare high-quality documents for general meetings and board meetings and accompany capital measures. Payroll - You check the monthly payrolls and votes together with the global payroll provider. Processes/Projects - You define expectations, check the results critically and continuously whether a process can be automated or optimized internally (also across departments). Their task is to ensure precision and improvement - not only to maintain the status quo.

Ideally 1-2 years in an audit firm (Big 4 or Mid-Tier), followed by 2-3 years in the free economy. Ideally, you have experience in a tech start-up where you worked independently in accounting - in an environment that promotes automation and continuous process improvement.
