Acquisition of team management in DevOps/ Platform Engineering and ensuring daily operational stability by implementing clear targets and priorities Development of strategic recommendations for a modern portfolio, monitoring market trends and optimization of existing services including Contracts and SLAs Ensuring a transparent flow of information by switching the product vision and the interface function between the development teams and infrastructure Planning and monitoring of tasks, team capacities and performance Continuous promotion of the strengths and talents of the team members and the development of team competencies, among other things, by identifying training needs Ensuring efficient cooperation by maintaining professional relationships with internal and external partners

Multiannual experience in managing IT teams, ideally in the area of DevOps or platform operation Knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation and platform services Ability to develop portfolio strategies and drive innovation Experience with Scrum, Kanban and modern working methods for continuous improvement High competence in resource planning, conflict resolution and prioritization Safe appearance and the ability to understand complex topics
