2nd Level Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Analysis and solution of complex IT problems that go beyond 1st level support • Support in troubleshooting and analysis in the areas of hardware and software as well as network • Escalation and close cooperation with 3rd level support and other teams to Finding profound solutions • Documentation and optimization of solutions for recurring problems • You can analyze complex problems and quickly find pragmatic solutions

Your qualifications: • Experience in networking, servers, operating systems and applications • Flowing German skills • Ideally, you have already worked in a similar position and know the Challenges in depth • You can share and document technical details clearly and understandably
