For our strategic personnel development department at our site in Essen, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) at the next possible time

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Conception and further development of specialist and leadership career models, adapted to the strategic objectives of the BGZ and the individual needs of employees Developing standardized job profiles and a company-wide competence model in cooperation with staff Designing and implementing development programmes to promote specific competences in specialist and leadership roles Conception and coordination of targeted training programmes to strengthen specialist and leadership skills Cooperation with external service providers and educational institutions to ensure high-quality and relevant training opportunities Monitor the effectiveness of professional and leadership career models through regular evaluations and feedback processes Promoting a company-wide understanding of the equivalence of professional and managerial careers Configuring initiatives to strengthen an inclusive and recognised corporate culture

Successfully completed university studies in human resources management, economics or social sciences or a comparable area Additional skills in talent management, executive development or change management Professional experience in the development and implementation of career models Detectable successes in the planning and implementation of programmes for competence development and career promotion Knowledge of professional and leadership career models and their implementation in organizations Knowledge of modern personnel development, training management and coaching Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement programmes Embossed communication and moderation capabilities readiness for occasional journeys within Germany
