Are you looking for a versatile task where you can not only manage, but also actively shape it? Become part of our dedicated team at the SOS Children's Village Brandenburg and represent our facility as a central point of contact for employees, representatives, donors and partners. Help us maintain networks, promote social media and press work and organize events. Together we create a trusted and professional basis for our important work in the field of child protection and care law. You are the first contact point for employees, representatives, donors, companies and other partners – both personally and on the phone. You represent our facility professionally and value-adding in direct contact. You take over the cash management, the settlement of stationary clients, the processing of open items and the installation of client data in TOPSOZ and support the management of the institution and department in administrative and organizational tasks. You acquire and maintain networks from donors, foundations, companies and multipliers. You support the press work of the institution and support our social media channels. You contribute to the planning, organisation and implementation of events. You are responsible for building and maintaining our Internet platform and offer areas. You undertake general secretarial and administrative work. You support management of assistance activities such as administrative and organisational pre- and post-processing.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience. You work reliably and keep an overview even in times of high workload. You act with discretion and are aware of the sensitive nature of your work. You have a very good organizational and communication skills and are characterized by a friendly, open minded personality. You are safe in handling MS Office and digital media. You convince by an independent, team- and service-oriented way of working as well as by their high social competence. Your handling of proximity and distance to attendees is professional and reflected.
