• Build expert knowledge: You develop sound expertise in specific areas and applications relevant to energy trading and become a trusted source of knowledge and innovation.

• Understanding, detecting and documenting requirements: collaboration with stakeholders to identify requirements and create a clear documentation, implementing the requirements in feasible technical specifications.

• Support and implementation of strategic initiatives: understand, analyze and implement new business initiatives and products that support innovative trading strategies while you are sure that they match the general business strategy.

• You make sure that data integrity and quality is guaranteed: data quality, accuracy and consistency across multiple sources and systems, you make sure that the data is reliable, user-friendly and compliant with trade regulations.

• Facilitating cooperation with stakeholders: conducting discussions on solving technical challenges, balancing contributions from business and technical stakeholders and promoting consensus.

• Offer training and support: providing expert training and support for end users, answering questions, solving problems and promoting the effective use of systems.

• Communicate effectively: build strong relationships and secure a clear, precise communication with stakeholders at all levels.

• A deep understanding of physical and financial energy trading, algorithmic trading and its unique challenges.

• Embossed knowledge of software technology with practical experience in software development.

• Proven ability to analyse functional and non-functional business requirements and implement them into technical specifications.

• Experience with data modeling, dashboard creation and reporting tools.

• Exceptional problem solving skills and a detailed way of thinking.

• Good knowledge of Trade Lifecycle Management and related tools.

• Excellent skills in dealing with stakeholders and in communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Proven ability to advance and implement changes in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

• Experience in the moderation of discussions between different stakeholders to solve technical challenges and find a consensus.

• readiness to ensure data accuracy, system reliability and compliance.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

• University degree in software engineering, computer science, physics, business, engineering or mathematics.
