I2O Logistics Key User limited to 1 year (m/f/d)

In this, for the first time on 1 year, role you will support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and support the collection, implementation and stabilization of our warehouse processes (own warehouse + 3PL) – from process documentation to testing to go-live and hypercare. You take over the actual processes in their own warehouse as well as at 3PL, collect and document them comprehensively and create clear fields of deviation and action. At the same time, you will develop target processes in S/4HANA, coordinate them with the departments, IT and the/logistic service providers and define specific data flows and authorizations. You coordinate testing activities including SIT/BAT and UAT, create detailed test plans and cases, document results and perform a complete error collection with IT. In addition, you are responsible for the Defect management, set priorities and control the fix together with the applications. In close coordination with 3PL service providers, you develop communication plans, clarify interfaces, check data exchange formats (EDI/API) and ensure smooth migration of master data. Furthermore, you create training documents, perform training in the camp and at 3PL and act as a central contact person for employees. You support go-live and hypercare phases, create cutover plans and checklists, capture CRs, test them and accompany the live-speed procedure. Finally, maintain user accounts, ticket systems and master tables, document results transparently and report regularly to the Steering Board.

Multiannual experience in logistics, distribution and transport with strong relation to SAP applications desirable Experience with S/4HANA EWM and knowledge of SAP ERP processes Conflict resolution capabilities due to high outcome and customer orientation Good communication skills and safe occurrence in dealing with employees and external partners High resilience, organisational ability, commitment and motivation Very good English skills in word and writing, German min.
