You ensure that the daily process at the site works smoothly. Keep in mind revenue, costs and efficient operation. You plan the staff, create schedules and guide the employees so that everyone knows what to do and work well together. You implement the targets and requirements of the company on site and ensure that the site works successfully. You develop ideas and measures to achieve the performance objectives of the site and implement them in practice. You improve workflows so that everything goes round and the quality is right. You take responsibility for assembly planning, material supply, warehouses and buildings. This includes, for example, the material ordering, the monitoring of the storage operations and the guarantee of the order and function of the plants on site. You process complaints and problems professionally, find solutions and ensure satisfied customers. You create reports for the assembly line so that it is informed about the developments at the site.

You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training, e.g. to the farmer (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d). Multiannual experience in a leadership position and the management of sites and teams, preferably in prefabricated buildings, is desirable. You have a high level of technical understanding and the ability to plan, analyze and optimize workflows. You are safely handled with common software applications such as MS Office and ERP systems, e.g. SAP. Decision-making and sense of responsibility shape your skills.
