In your role as a field manager*in driving permit, you have the chance to run your own territory: You guide the technical staff in the field of driving licences in a disciplined manner and accompany them from training to training and training to regular employee discussions. You carefully test the market and the competitors, derive strategies for your driving licence area and actively shape how the driving licence area in Berlin is developing.
