Support the 1st level support and take necessary measures appointment with customers and suppliers Capacity planning and time monitoring of the resources provided Consumption, processing and technical analysis of incidents on existing machinery (via email and telephone) Constructive solution of problems occurring and, if necessary, Introduction of further activities, such as the organisation of necessary spare parts and technician inserts Preparation and documentation of orders for our customer service technicians Purchasing and selling of spare parts and handling of service orders Storage and inventory management of spare parts via the ERP system

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training Good technical understanding Safe handling of MS Office programs Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous Teamability and Communication Strength Independent and responsible operation Services and service-oriented behaviour
