You take responsibility for the sale of solvent rain rates and accompany your customers from the first call to the successful conclusion. You process customer orders independently and ensure that all processes run smoothly from order to delivery. In case of queries, complaints or special customer requests, you will find quick and solution-oriented ways to ensure the satisfaction of your customers. You work closely with various departments, such as the MRP, to comply with delivery regulations. You have the opportunity to actively develop and increasingly take responsibility in projects or other customer-related topics. Commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in sales services, sales or customer service desirable Experience in the field of chemistry, disposal, recycling or waste management Safe handling of MS Office Experience in dealing with Business Central or comparable goods management systems Communication strength, joy in customer contact, negotiation skills and pronounced service orientation Independent, structured and reliable operation
