Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

What you are moving with us: Sales support with a claim: You create offers, process customer orders and ensure a timely and reliable accounting – from request to invoice. International settlement: You support the implementation of relevant legal requirements and accompany the international shipping process. Customer Management: You serve our national and international customers in German and English, maintain customer data carefully and up-to-date and work with a professional customer service. Organization & quality: You take over general secretarial activities, coordinate internal processes and actively support existing QM and UM processes in your department.

Qualification: You have completed professional training, ideally focusing on sales, foreign trade or industry. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable activity; practical knowledge in the export business and in the international shipping process are advantageous. System competence: You work safely with MS Office; Experience with ERP systems or comparable solutions is desirable. Working methods: You act profit-oriented and cost-oriented, communicate bindingly and keep an overview of several processes at the same time. Language competency: English knowledge in word and writing for international correspondence and negotiations. Responsibility & Mindset: Quality, environment, occupational safety and accident prevention are of course components of professional work for you. You work in a solution-oriented manner and actively contribute to the optimization of processes.
