FitCAR-e GmbH is a Eurogarant body and paint shop and has two locations in Ennepetal and Wuppertal: As a specialist for accident repair and painting of all brands and manufacturers, we have received the quality seal of the ZKF.

As the first contact person*in for our customers, you take over the following activities in our customer acceptance at our Wuppertal site:

Telephone central Order processing and customer service (on site, telephone, e-mail, fax, Audatex) Acceptance and Return of Customer Vehicles and Transfer Car Rental Order acceptance, planning, monitoring and termination of repair orders For the job is searched in full time (40h). Working hours within the opening hours between 07:00 - 17:30.

Complete training in a commercial profession or at least. 3 years of professional experience in a similar field Experience in a car workshop, car house or car rental advantage but not absolutely necessary Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving licence Kl.
