For the field of ERP application support, we are looking for a dedicated personality as an IT application engineer*in with well-founded expertise and experience in operational system support and development.

Technical design and implementation of the project “Online Personalservices” (Travel Cost Management, Absence Management, Timekeeping) Technical support and configuration of the university ERP system (HIS-SVA and HIS-BAU) Documentation of system architectures and implementation of acceptance tests Advice and training of professionals Implementation and optimization of batch processes and script-based automations Analysis, debugging and elimination of complex disturbances on application and database level Support and further development of interfaces and ensuring stable data flows to connected systems Support for releases, migrations and system updates

Completed academic degree (Master/Diplom) in the field of computer science or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in the IT field High reliability, sense of responsibility and strong team capability Multiannual practical experience in operation, in the introduction or further development of complex IT systems Understanding ERP architectures and data models The ability to translate requirements (in particular from the administration) into technical concepts Very good knowledge of relational database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL), Linux server environments, Tomcat based applications and web-based systems Very good German knowledge (at least level C1)
