For the Landesverband Niedersachsen/Bremen in the field of operational services based in the Landesgeschäftsstelle in Hannover or in the regional office in Braunschweig, we are looking for a specialist department management (m/w/d) for the organizational and commercial management of the KVN medical standoff service immediately. They are responsible for the eight standby services sectors with a total of 15 locations in Lower Saxony. The following activities are included in your task: Organisational and commercial management of the department with the main focus on ensuring the provision of the agreed service and achieving the quality and economic objectives Fixed respondent for general and administrative questions to the KVN Monitoring and support of operations Professional leadership of the KVN community Internal and external communication and reporting Ensuring professional and qualitative customer requirements CVP Process Drivers Damage and claim management Updating the SOP's and the service description in close coordination with the medical officer Ensuring complete settlement of the order and allocation of the respective budgets to the regional and local associations
