Business Development Manager – Precision Engineering (m/f/d)

You develop the (go-to-market) strategy for our own brand eneo and implement it together with the team. You identify new markets, segments and use cases (DACH Focus, later possibly also internationally). You build our partner structure: win, onboard, develop, bind in the long term. You drive new customer acquisitions and customer development – hand in hand with our regional sales teams. You keep market trends, customer needs and competition in mind and take concrete measures. You plan and realize marketing and sales activities (campaigns, partner programs, events, trade fairs). You work closely with product management, product development, marketing & sales so that portfolio and positioning fit. You track performance & feedback and make sure we get better continuously.

You are professionally trained by studying (e.g. BWL, economic engineering, electrical engineering/IT) or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in business development, sales or partner management – ideally in video security technology or a similar tech environment. You understand technical products and can transfer the added value clearly and convincingly. You think strategically and analytically (market, competition, portfolio, pricing/positioning). You are communicative, reliable and secure in dealing with partners and internal stakeholders. You work independently, you pack up and have a clear drive to put things in place. You are a team player and you want to win together. You are ready to travel (about 3 days/week).
