The independent processing of the investigation of national and international customer complaints of our active medical devices is one of your tasks.

• Identification of Investigation Tasks, addressing the relevant areas and maintaining the timely processing Coordination of the conduct of investigations and causes analyses in coordination with production, development and supplier are another part of your task.
• The moderation of meetings with the relevant areas for coordinating the further procedure related to the processing of Complaints Corrections and CAPAs is part of your daily business.
• Pre- and post-processing of quality meetings with preparation of the associated data- compilation of complaint-related quality statistics complete your tasks.

Your qualifications

You have a completed scientific study, technician or master degree.

• You also have at least 2 years of professional experience in dealing with medical devices.
• They have knowledge of the requirement for the QM of medical devices (Din ISO 13485.MPG, 21 CFR 820 QSR,...).
• Experience in using CAQ systems for complaint processing is your profile.
• Very good MS Office knowledge, a structured and targeted way of working as well as presentation and moderation skills complete your profile.
