Foundation Board/Management (m/f/d)

For our client, the KBF Foundation and its gGmbHs in Mössingen we are looking for a member for the 01.01.2027 or earlier

with the focus area “Wohnen und Pflege für Seniorinnen”. The current holder is retired. The KBF Foundation operates 75 facilities with approx. 3800 people and 2300 employees in the counties of Tübingen, Reutlingen, Zollernalb and Freudenstadt. KBF offers a wide range of services in the areas of early aid, integration aid and old age aid. The work of KBF is based on an understanding of the person in which respect for the dignity, uniqueness, holiness and identity of the person is the basis of every encounter and promotion (www.kbf.de). The area “Wohnen und Pflege für Seniorinnen” currently comprises 13 nursing facilities and 14 supervised housing facilities with differentiated offers. Around 600 seniors of about 300 employees are employed.

Further development of the business of the Foundation and its subsidiaries, together with the two Executive Board/CEO colleagues. You are responsible for the central areas of personnel and IT in the entire company and are developing them in a contemporary way. You are responsible for the area “Wohnen und Pflege für Senior*innen” strategic, conceptual and operational. You take over leadership responsibility for the employees of the area and promote them with the help of modern personnel development instruments. You are responsible for quality management in the field. You represent the KBF in the internal and external relationship, maintain the relevant network, connect with cooperations in the region and expand it.

Higher education from the socio-scientific or business sector. Multiannual management experience as much as possible in a comparable non-profit organization. Experience in the field of old age care is desirable. Confidence with social-economic planning and control instruments. Possibly wide-ranging professional experience with a view to complex structures and institutions. High social competence and participatory leadership style. Competence and attitude in the sense of the humanistic human image.
