Your responsibility

• Technical support and long-term development of our real estate stock
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and modernization measures
• Cost, time and quality management and monitoring of warranty claims
• Leading technical staff and coordination of external service providers
• Creating performance directories and implementing tender procedures
• Ensure traffic safety requirements
• Communication in technical matters with tenants, service providers and authorities

Your profile

• Studies in civil engineering or adequate technical training background (e.g. construction engineering)
• Knowledge in the fields of TGA, building and facility management
• Multiannual professional and management experience, ideally in housing
• IT affinity and sovereign handling of MS Office
• Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and high liability
• Professional appearance paired with pronounced negotiation and communication skills
• You think and act entrepreneurially and identify with our social mission
