You take care of professional basic and treatment care Advice to caregivers and relatives by phone and on site Determination of the individual need for assistance and creation of a supply plan together with the person concerned and with all those involved in care Support for the needy and their relatives in selecting the necessary assistance and care services Advice counselling for nursing patients in their own haemorrhage Correct ordering, storage and inventory control of medicines, dressing materials, care products, cure and aids Implementation of quarterly and semi-annual consulting operations at your own location Independent design of the consulting process Training for nursing members at different locations Experience everyday life in old care and collect valuable practical experience.

Qualification as a nurse (e.g. a state-approved nurse or nurse/career/health caregiver, nurse/career) Qualification as a nursing advisor according to § 37 para. 3 and §45 SGB XI Communication, moderation and presentation skills Possible professional experience High customer orientation Permission to run a car preference for team work Compassion and professionalism
