In the team you accompany all areas of commercial real estate management.

The preparation of framework contracts with service providers is your task You are responsible for the commissioning of maintenance and expert examinations of technical installations, including related deficiencies

You carry out object audits to verify the necessary maintenance and maintenance measures

You support property management's day-to-day business and take over tasks related to the organisation and support of maintenance and repair measures to our real estate

Your tasks include data management and analysis of our sites, as well as potential new sites

You want to introduce your own impulses into a young company You want to take over projects in your own responsibility You completed the first semester of your studies with business reference (real estate management, BWL, etc.) with good grades

You have already collected first work experience (training, internships)

You have a fast understanding, analytical strength and high quality standards

You have good and service-oriented communication skills

You have a secure handling of the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, PPT, Word)

Class B driving licence
