Our Compliance & Information Security department is part of the Finance & Risk Board and is responsible for essential issues such as compliance, authorization management, outsourcing management, money laundering, data protection and information security. In our team we are the independent entity that meets regulatory requirements proactively and thus ensures that our authorization management acts as an indispensable safety belt for our company. As a very experienced compliance managerin the 2nd Line IAM & PAM Governance Team, you are the strategic thinkerin and impulserin who not only monitors and evaluates this safety belt, but also actively shapes its fit and effectiveness for the future. Your tasks – Your impact as a designer* in a safe future: As an experienced colleague in the 2nd Line IAM & PAM Governance Team, you take a key role with diverse and exciting tasks that have a significant impact on the entire organization: Strategic monitoring & evaluation (IAM & PAM): You are responsible for the independent monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of our IAM and PAM processes, controls and guidelines from a 2nd Line of Defense perspective This includes ensuring that the 1st Line effectively performs its IAM and PAM risk management tasks

Regulatory Excellence & Risk Management (IAM & PAM): You analyze new and existing regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, MaRisk, NIS2) and translate them into concrete governance requirements and effective control mechanisms for our IAM and PAM You identify potential compliance and security risks in the IAM and PAM landscape, develop risk mitigation measures and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Conception & further development of governance frameworks (IAM & PAM): You actively participate in the design and development of our IAM and PAM governance frameworks, guidelines and standards to ensure a sustainable, robust and audit-proof authorization landscape

PAM-specific governance & strategy development: You are the architect*in our future-oriented PAM strategy, oriented towards state-of-the-art approaches, integrated innovative solutions and responds proactively to the ever-growing regulatory requirements (especially in the context of current audit findings). You define requirements and guidelines for the onboarding of systems and privileged accounts in our PAM solutions, supported in the creation of request catalogs and accompany the selection and implementation process from governance perspective to ensure the sustainable safety of our privileged accesses Your expertise is crucial to significantly build and shape this area in our team

Audit-Begleitung & Qualitätssicherung (IAM & PAM): You accompany internal and external audits in the IAM and PAM context, evaluate audit-findings and ensure the implementation of measures to resolve vulnerabilities You first and check process documentation and training documents from governance perspective

Advice & Impulse: You act as a competent partnerin and Sparringspartnerin for the 1st Line and for internal stakeholders in all questions of IAM and PAM governance and compliance You are actively empowering the 1st Line through targeted knowledge transfer and training to create a deep understanding of our requirements and to sharpen Awareness for the importance of IAM and PAM throughout the organization. You challenge and give orientation to complex technical and technical challenges – always in the sense of strong cooperation

Your profile – what you bring to make the difference: We are looking for a personality that not only has excellent IAM & PAM expertise, but also has the drive to move things and create real added value. You are an experienced professional who is willing to take responsibility and shape our team. Qualification: Completed studies of (economic) informatics, economic law, law with relevant priorities, economics or a comparable qualification Knowledge of information security, compliance, audit, IAM or PAM is required 2nd Line Mindset & Experience: Funded understanding of the 'Three Lines of Defense' model and demonstrable multiannual experience in a 2nd Line function or a comparable role in the financial services sector IAM & PAM Expertise: Deep and multi-year professional experience in the field of IAM and in particular PAM, with a strong focus on governance, compliance and risk management in a complex business environment You are ready and have fun building and shaping our team in the field of PAM governance Regulatory know-how: Excellent knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, NIS2) and their application in the IAM and PAM context System understanding (Governance Focus): Deep understanding of the technical functioning of complex IT systems and their impact on IAM and PAM governance You are able to hit the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation to effectively shape governance requirements Project management experience: Detectable experience in managing governance projects or initiatives Personal competencies: Analytical skills: You draw your attention through distinct analytical and conceptual skills Your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working allows you to penetrate complex facts and develop pragmatic but effective solutions
