Business Analyst for Insurance/Finance (m/f/d)

You are the interface between IT and Business and supports the demand team in continuously improving and controlling the demand management process In close cooperation with stakeholders, you conduct technical and technical analyses and evaluate requirements You support project leaders in the planning, coordination and implementation of exciting IT projects Together with the IT teams, you develop solutions that are perfectly adapted to the business requirements You identify and solve problems that occur during the project implementation, thus ensuring a smooth process You help prioritise projects and requirements based on strategic KPIs and corporate goals In agile teamwork you implement new technical or legal requirements and thus contribute to the success of the company

Professional architecture, ideally in an insurance company Knowledge about IT systems, software development and databases and a strong interest in technical solutions in the insurance environment Deep understanding of the insurance processes of a motor insurance company Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, to understand their requirements and to present results and solutions clearly and convincingly Excellent structured and analytical thinking Ideally experience in classic and agile project management Remarkable: Certified Business Analyst (CBA), PMI-PBA, CBAP, Certified Business Architect, etc. Very good knowledge of German and English, Spanish
