As a specialist (m/w/d) broker in product management, you play a central role in Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG: you develop and optimize our product and service offering and actively shape the interface between broker sales, product management and our business partners. Strategic control: You control the strategic and operational concerns of brokerage life within our division. Product and service development: You initiate and accompany the new and further development of products, processes and services for broker distribution. Process coordination: You coordinate internal decision-making processes around the distribution of our life insurance products to broker partners. Sales support: You support on-site sales – whether in the acquisition of new business partners or in the care and binding of existing partners. Product marketing and qualification: You market our product range and provide a high level of competence for distributors and brokers through targeted training measures.

Final qualification: (m/w/d), insurance specialist (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in the unbound distribution of life insurance as well as in product management or adjacent areas. Project and portfolio management: Experiences in project or portfolio management are advantageous. Insurance-mathematical know-how: Ideally, you bring insurance-mathematical know-how. Communication strength: presentation strength, sovereign appearance and the ability to communicate complex content in a target-group-oriented manner, you are notable.
