at the next possible time · Full time · limited to 30.11.2028 · depending on personal requirements up to E 13 TV-L · Campus Gelsenkirchen At the Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen Bocholt Recklinghausen, a place is now to be occupied as a founding coachin in the third-party funding project ANDERSMACHER-Improve and Continue, which is funded under the ERRE/JTF programme NRW 2021-2027. The place is located in the team of ANDERSMACHER, the promotion of ideas and foundations at WH. The ANDERSMACHER form the framework of the foundation promotion and combine the offers of the Makerspaces as well as the advice and support of foundation teams. You complement the existing ANDERSMACHER* team of coaches, managers of Makerspaces and student assistants. Your tasks include the further development of offers, such as start-up coaching, the design and implementation of various entrepreneurship education offers, and the implementation of workshops across all different phases of the process of ideas and foundation.

Completed scientific studies in the field of economics, entrepreneurship, innovation management, etc. Applicable professional experience in the field of foundation coaching and funding consulting ideally in the field of higher education with certified coaching training Funded knowledge of current coaching methods, in particular modern approaches such as agile coaching, systemic coaching or AI-based coaching High level of creativity and sense for different target groups and didactic skills in the design and implementation of teaching/learning formats independent and reliable operation Teamability and high communicative competence as well as empathy among others in exchange with founding personalities Willingness to mobility between the sites Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt and Recklinghausen
