Due to strong growth and increasing order situation, we are looking for a speaker for finance and controlling or Bauhandelmann with a well-founded or relevant professional experience in the commercial accompaniment of construction projects, which communicates with management and construction managers at eye level and professionally analyzes the progress of the construction projects and documents them on the system side. The aim is to create real added value for the operationally active employees and to develop targeted recommendations for action that increase the profitability of the company and meet legal reporting regulations. Own-responsible creation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as support for the financial statements (HGB & Steuerrecht) Ensuring proper and up-to-date booking of the current day and project business Determining and reporting of the sales tax pre-registration and other statistics, carrying out payment transactions and dunning Monitoring of liquidity and cash forecasts incl. Project controlling (material, personnel, GK/HK, etc.) Development of other BWA and reporting for management Participation in the negotiation of leasing contracts and limit increases with suppliers Vote with bank, insurance, tax advisors and auditors

Successfully completed commercial training such as e.g. Tax specialist, industrial businessman or wholesale and foreign trader or a successfully completed economic study in the field of finance, accounting or controlling or a comparable qualification Practical experience in accounting as well as relevant knowledge in the annual financial statements according to HGB and tax law, ideally from a commercial environment (or construction) Detectional expertise in the commercial support of projects (required in the construction, development or maintenance environment) First successes in structuring and optimising accounting and controlling processes Safe handling of MS Office products and ERP systems and strong IT affinity Structured, conscientious and reliable operation and good communication strength Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Depending on the qualification and relevant professional experience, the first annual gross salary is between € 60,000 and € 72.000.
