Strategy-compliant personnel planning to secure headcount and budget requirements including cost tracking Prevention of oversupply and reductions and unplanned cost development by trans­parent control of staff, costs and capacity Improving the taxability of flexibility instruments (learning, new settings / deadlines, working time models) Data analysis and reporting: the establishment of personnel statistics, forecasts and reporting (e.g., shortages, overtime, etc.) as a basis for decision-making for management Development of early detection systems Central coordination of personnel procurement with HR Business Partners, Recruiting and Managers Implementation of operations Ensuring compliance with the ENERCON Privacy Policy and the GDPR

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration (BWL), Human Resources Management (HRM) or similar skills Vocational experience in the field of personnel planning and Controlling desired value Versified handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as good knowledge of SAP CO Analytical thinking capabilities, high numerical affinity and pronounced communication and enforcement strength
