You are responsible for the coordination and monitoring of skilled personnel (w/m/d) including the personnel disposition of the Hude wastewater treatment plant and the Ganderkesee sewer network, as well as for the implementation of maintenance work of the Hude wastewater treatment plant. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: You are a specialist contact person (w/m/d) and are involved in employee talks, assessments and development as well as in monitoring and improving the processes and workflows and are involved in training our trainees You take over the monitoring and maintenance of the plants, including the inspection and maintenance of the plants, and the implementation of safety measures in the event of malfunctions You have an effect on the elimination of disorders on the wastewater network You carry out effluent studies You take part in the readiness to call Please take into account when participating in the readiness to call that the workstation is immediately accessible.
