Implementation of on-site support in the hardware and software sector at our customers in the fields of Saxony and Thuringia Establishment and configuration of workstations and, where appropriate, Instruction of users Support of (special) hardware (up and down of computers and monitors and peripheral devices) Storage management of the hardware in the customer's inventory Analysis and solution of disturbances in the area of desktop, notebooks, printers and, if necessary, Network on site Processing and documentation of incoming tickets in ticket systems Responsibility for the creation of jobs (reconstruction and dismantling) as well as support for IT rollouts and IT moves Advice and instruction of users to the respective system / to the new notebook / mobile phone

Complete training in the IT field (e.g. as a specialist system integration / IT system businessman (all genders)) or have a comparable training, training or retraining or are cross-enterers (all genders) with already several years of professional experience in IT support. You bring experience in the Troubleshooting of Desktops / Notebooks and Printers on-site service. You have very good knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware. Ideally, you bring ITIL knowledge. Technical questions will give you pleasure and you will remain persistent until you have found a solution. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C1) complete your profile. A customer-friendly and service-oriented way of working is yours. You enter our customers in Saxony and Thuringia and therefore ideally live quite centrally, are in possession of a valid driving permit for passenger cars and are ready to travel to the customers within the two federal states (a car will be provided to you for your activity and for private use).
