You support the administration, maintenance and further development of job profiles as well as the standardization of templates, processes and documentation. You accompany job evaluation procedures organizationally and assist in coordination with external service providers as well as ensuring deadlines and quality of documents. You support the creation of presentations, evaluations and decision-making bases in coordination with the Staff Office of Job Reviews and the Management of Personnel. You research into digital tools and AI-based solutions and support their evaluation for deployment in job profile management and job evaluation. You contribute to the digitization and continuous development of processes around job profiles and the remuneration system. You support the team in cross-departmental projects.

You are immatriculated in a master's degree course of the departments personnel, law, organisational development or a comparable degree course. Alternatively, you can study in one of these disciplines and have completed a three-year training in commercial, administrative or comparable fields. You are safe to use common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). First experience in working with collective agreements is desirable but not absolutely necessary.
