You are responsible for the complete refurbishment of service operations – from documentation to accounting in the SAP system. You make sure that all services are correctly captured, tested and invoiced and are the link between service, planning and controlling. Your focus Service preparation & billing (core task) Ensuring complete and correct documentation of service operations Examination and completion of service reports Processing and Faching Operations in the SAP CS Module SAP & Process Management Creation and maintenance of service notifications and service orders Collection of times, materials and services Ensuring a continuous process from use to billing Cost and transparency management Follow-up costs (travels, materials, services) Transfer of relevant data to the controlling Support for evaluations and cost analyses Travel and Auditing Examination and approval of travel cost accounting (SAP Concur) Examination of invoices from external service providers Interface management Close coordination with service planning, service technicians, spare parts and controlling Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the areas In short, You bring structure into service deployments, keep costs and performance in mind and make sure that from inserts clean, breakable results become.

Qualification Completed commercial or technical training Experience in the service environment, after sales or project execution System & Technology Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP CS Advantages of SAP Concur Safe handling of MS Office Personally you convince by Structured and accurate operation Enforcement of missing information Communication strength in handling interfaces Organizational talent and ability to set priorities
