Your duties

• Implementation of monthly wage and salary billing in SAP HCM taking into account current tariff, legal and operational requirements
• Maintenance and updating of personal master data as well as movement data for smooth payroll accounting
• Processing of special payments, one-off payments and variable compensation components such as bonuses or premiums
• Contact person (m/w/d) for employees with questions about pay billing, pay components and occupational pension schemes
• Compilation of statistics, evaluations and reports for the personnel department and controlling
• Responsibility for the correctness of auditable billing data (e.g. pay tax certificates, social security certificates)
• Processing of pay-related data with international employees (Expats & Inpats) in close coordination with tax advisors
• Management and maintenance of accounting-relevant data from disabled employees according to legal requirements
• Collection and documentation of further training and other personal-relevant measures in the SAP system
• Active participation in the optimization of processes in the area of payroll and HR controlling
