Working Student Customer Service Customer Contact (m/f/d)

Working with your team: You will take care of the personal, telephone and written customer advice of our products, especially in the field of electricity and gas. Generally speaking, these include tariff consultations, registrations and information on delivery status, contract changes, invoices, billing requests/changes, authorizations, deaths and basic services, as well as general visitor reception. Beyond the edge of the plate: You support us in all processes in customer service, accompany the entire customer life cycle and become involved in exciting projects.

Basis: You are currently studying at a university/university – ideally in the field of business, economics or energy – and are looking to gain first experience in the commercial office process. Curious? You will also be prepared to work in new areas of responsibility. IT-Skills: The functions and programs of the Microsoft Office-365 environment have been able to safely suit you so far.
