Building and Optimizing IT Service Management Processes (according to ITIL) Monitoring and reporting of service delivery including derivation of measures Coordination of processes across areas Support in day-to-day business for IT service management issues Exchange with Business Relationship Management and Service Ownern Identification and implementation of improvement measures (Continous Improvement)

completed studies in the field of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification multi-year experience in IT service management good knowledge of ITIL Experience in handling service management tools analytical thinking and structured working Communication strength and pronounced service orientation very good German and good English skills
