Policy and Committee Management Officer (m/f/d)

Observation, analysis and assessment of the legislation and the political debates at federal and EU level, in particular in the context of the Bundestag, the Joint Federal Committee, the Federal Insurance Association, the Federal Medical Association, the Health Insurance Fund and the UEMS preparation, preparation and communication of information as well as practical instructions for action for the members, in particular on questions of federal legislation, the insurance associations and the state medical chambers (including remuneration, training, hygiene) Minutes of meetings and discussions Conceptual development and further development of professional policy topics, including in the fields of training, out-patient operation and digitalization Press monitoring and evaluation of relevant media policy developments Research, analysis and preparation of figures, data and facts on the decision support of the Bureau and management Creation of opinions on legislative and regulatory drafts in close coordination with management Support, coordination and professional cooperation of the Association bodies, including the Bureau, Federal Executive Board, Departments and Working Groups Maintenance and updating of the entry in the lobby register Responding to member requests for professional and legislative questions Conception, implementation and evaluation of focus interviews in member practices for the collection of practical findings Conception, organisation and support of events in digital and presence formats Establishing, maintaining and developing contacts with key stakeholders in the health system, in particular from politics, self-government and adjacent institutions Content and organisational preparation as well as participation in meetings with representatives from politics and self-government, including research, compilation of briefings and structured follow-up

Completed study with task-relevant orientation (policy science, law, sociology, publishing or comparable subjects) High affinity on health issues (especially medical care) and knowledge of the legislative procedure Ability to incorporate into complex topics Feeling for the interests of specialists Experience in the field of health policy Self-reliable and independent work with your own ideas and solutions Communication strength (orally/written), team skills, flexibility and customer orientation (members) Ability to summarize complex facts in writing
