Coordination and control of customer orders, material requirements and repair orders Monitoring of delivery dates, material availability and relevant key figures (KPIs) Coordination with customers, partner companies and internal departments Processing customer complaints and developing suitable solutions Support for material and capacity planning and obsolescence management Participation in the optimization of logistics, material and supply chain processes

Complete studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, supply chain management or logistics, or a further training to the technician, master or specialist with a focus on logistics, material management or supply chain management Experience in logistics, material management, supply chain or customer support Secure handling of SAP as well as common MS Office applications Experience in material and capacity planning and delivery date management Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments Very good German and good English skills
