You are responsible for the development and operation of our central web portal. In doing so, hit the bridge between user-friendly frontend and a powerful backend architecture, which is supervised by external service providers. Frontend development: You build the basic structure of the KIMS portal and provide an intuitive user interface for managing various divisions (power, water, gas, broadband, green areas, etc.). Interface Management: You maintain and coordinate external IT service providers responsible for backend infrastructure and database connections. Requirement management: You analyze the needs of municipalities and translate them into technical features (e.g. asset management, maintenance planning, workflows). Data integration: You conceptualize the integration of geodata (GIS), metadata and operational data into a uniform surface. Innovation: You continuously evaluate new technologies (e.g. AI for predictive maintenance) to keep the system safe for the future.

We are looking for a generalist with a focus on Frontend, who can translate complex processes into code and logic. Qualification: Successfully completed studies in computer science, geoinformatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Tech-Stack: Secure handling of modern front-end technologies (e.g. React, Angular or Vue.js) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript. GIS affinity: Enthusiasm for geoinformation systems (GIS) and visualization of spatial data is an absolute plus. Methodology: Experience in managing external service providers and in project management (agil or classic). Soft Skills: A structured way of working, communication strength to service providers and municipalities and the will to “own” a project in the long term.
