Engineer / Portfolio Manager Construction Projects (a*)

The HNE action portfolio for the construction of lines and point objects (electricity, gas, hydrogen and secondary networks) is analysing and controlling you and always keeps the overall overview. You evaluate and prioritize external and internal measures and thus ensure a targeted and efficient implementation of the projects. Synergies, dependencies and target conflicts in the portfolio are identified at an early stage and optimically to cut, sequence and bundle the measures. For your portfolio segment, you perform predictive capacity management, balance resources with needs and develop suggestions for prioritization and adjustments. You also actively participate in the further development of methods, key figures and the portfolio management software used.

You have completed technical university studies, for example in the fields of civil engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering or project management. Multiannual professional experience in network and infrastructure construction (guides and/or point objects) as well as experience in the project – and ideally portfolio management are already bringing you along. A very good understanding of how to build, function and dependencies of distribution networks distinguishes you. A further development in project management, for example IPMA Level D, is desirable and ideally completes your profile. Embossed analytical skills as well as a high planning and organizational competence are used in your working day. In cooperation with different disciplines, you will be convinced by communication strength, persuasiveness, high team capacity and implementation strength.
