Head of HR / Personalleiter (m/f/d)

HR Strategy / Organization: You carry the overall responsibility for the HR strategy and continue to develop the HR organization of the clinic and the medical establishments in a sustainable manner. You translate strategy and values into measurable leadership and employee behavior. Work law / co-determination: You work confidently with the Staff Council and ensure compliance with legal requirements in all companies. Processes / Standards: You control and harmonize the current HR processes and standards and ensure their sustainable implementation. You develop HR structures and HR operations models and actively support change projects until effective implementation. Leadership / Projects: As Head of HR, you will conduct the HR team professionally and disciplinaryly and coordinate all upcoming projects. Consulting / Transformation: You advise management as a strategic partner in organizational, leadership and transformation issues.

Qualification: You have a completed study in the field of HR/HR (even in the clinic environment) or a comparable qualification – alternatively several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Leadership experience: You have several years of experience in the management and guidance of multifunctional teams and are used to assume responsibility. Project Management / HR Processes / Digitization: You ideally bring together experience in project management and convince with pronounced process and system competence. Personality / Operation: You act entrepreneurial, secure and implement issues with clarity and transparency.
