They determine the construction and maintenance requirements and create requirements. Planning, commissioning, monitoring and monitoring of the implementation of repair, rehabilitation and modernization projects are within your task. Qualification: You have a completed engineering degree (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) with a technical background (architecture, civil engineering, construction management) or a comparable, relevant qualification with an immovable focus. They have expertise and experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures. They bring knowledge and experience in planning and construction law, including relevant legislation (especially BauGB, LBauO and VOB). Ideally, you already have knowledge of AHO, HOAI, DIN and VDI. They have general real estate and housing skills. They have a strong sense of cost and a sense of economic solutions. They have knowledge of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office).
