For the overall responsibility of demanding, highly complex industrial projects, we are looking for a management personality that takes responsibility, leads projects to success and brings true hands-on mentality. Location: flexible – nationwide at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Takeover of overall responsibility for complex EPCM projects in the high-tech industrial environment (focus: semiconductors, battery cells, large-scale plant construction) Strategic and operational project management across all phases – from the first concept to successful commissioning, you will ensure the success of the project Management of budgets, quality and schedule, always with entrepreneurial view Leading and developing our powerful, highly motivated and interdisciplinary project teams Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders – you are the face of the project and the face of Drees & Sommer towards our customers Designing and developing our project management processes – pragmatic, effective, forward-looking Work at eye level with our customers – they are both Sparring partners, as well as pioneers and solution finders

Complete studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, utility technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the overall management of complex industrial projects, ideally in the EPCM/EPC environment Understanding all phases of performance and project phases – you think holistic and act entrepreneurial Structured, independent and team-oriented working – across all trades Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a good sense for people and situations readiness to travel within Germany (and also in perspective EU-wide and international)
