Site Manager Photovoltaics - Energy Technology / Agri-PV (m/f/d)

Your mission As a construction manager (m/w/d) for photovoltaic systems / agri-PV at feld.energy you are the operative backbone of our agri-PV projects. You ensure that planning becomes a reality – directly at the construction site, in close cooperation with project management, technology and external partners. In doing so, you combine classic building craft with innovative energy solutions and make sure that our plants are implemented not only on time, but also qualitatively high-quality and sustainable. Your area is regional (Bayern & Baden-Württemberg) – without overnight stays. You work too ca. 60–80 % at the construction site and complements flexibly in the home office or office. No nationwide construction sites, no permanent hotel stays – instead planned projects in your region.

Your tasks You take over as a building manager or Construction Manager (m/w/d) the overall responsibility for the construction management of our Agri-PV projects – from construction site equipment to execution to acceptance. The coordination of structures, subcontractors, specialist planners and authorities in the field of photovoltaics and agri-PV is your responsibility. Quality, dates and costs are at your fingertips and ensure complete and structured documentation of the progress of construction. In close coordination with project management and technical team, you will accompany the implementation of our Agri-PV systems, in particular vertical and tracking solutions. You carry out construction site-specific decreases independently and you are responsible for the transfer to operation and maintenance.

Your profile Complete studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) or comparable qualification in civil engineering. Multiannual experience in the building management, ideally in the field of photovoltaic, energy or agri-PV projects. Safe handling of building regulations, standards and contracts (e.g. VOB). Organisational design, structured working and high communication and decision-making strength. Use of project management software. Driving license class B.
