SAP Key User im Group Controlling (m/f/d)

You act as a central interface between the financial department and IT. You ensure that planning and analysis processes are optimally mapped on the system side. You continuously develop and automate end-to-end financial and business processes of a production company. You are taxing and responsible for SAP Legacy Management to ensure compliance, to protect corporate data and to ensure the information supply of finance. You monitor and maintain financially relevant master data, ensure high data quality and consistently implement defined standards. You train end users, first understandable documentation and process first-level requests competently and solution-oriented. You coordinate SAP change requests between the department and internal and external IT support. You perform system tests for updates, new releases or process changes and ensure functionality. You take the stream lead role for smaller projects and bring them to success structuredly. You support ad hoc in critical issues and keep an overview even in challenging situations.

You have completed a degree in Economics (or Business Informatics/ Engineering), ideally focusing on accounting and/or controlling (BWL). You have at least 10 years of professional experience in controlling, including at least 5 years as SAP Key User (m/w/d). You have extensive SAP knowledge in the FI and CO modules, in particular in cost center and performance rates, COPA income calculation as well as product calculation, and ideally have experience with MM – both in R/3 and in S/4HANA. You bring desirable additional knowledge in the PP, SD and IM modules, including project elements (PSP). You have experience with SAP-based planning tools such as the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BW/BI. You master the central FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and have experience in designing planning models and dashboards. You are able to customize basic system adjustments. You are characterized by a high IT affinity and never lose sight of the business objectives. You communicate complex facts so confidently and understandably between Finance and IT. You think analytically and translate technical requirements structured in systemic logic.
