These are your tasks:

• Individually responsible processing and booking of invoices
• settlement of the entire creditor process from collection to payment
• Execution of accounts and clarification of differences
• Maintenance and management of supplier master files
• Close cooperation with the purchase and other departments for clarification of invoices

Take this with you:

• Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on finance/invoicing
• Professional experience in creditor accounting, ideally in a similar environment
• Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
• Good knowledge of German accounting and tax legislation (HGB, UStG)
• Secure handling of MS Office
