Offer skalkulation: Creation of cost estimates and quote calculations for turnkey construction projects.

Risk & chance management: technical and contractual chance and risk assessment. Explanation of the calculation before the management, incl. displaying of game rooms for negotiations.

After-calculation & optimization: Development of basics for supply and post-calculation, including execution variants and project optimizations.

Cost determination: Determining the costs of buildings, external installations, construction site equipment and equipment for the participation in building sequence optimizations.

Interface Management: Integrating internal and external experts (purchase, after-contractors, engineering offices) into the costing process.

Price data management: collection of current price data and tracking of actual price developments to ensure realistic calculations.

Leadership perspective: Perspective structure and disciplinary leadership of a team.

Qualification: Successfully completed studies of industrial or civil engineering (FH/TU) or comparable training.

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the calculation and/or processing of complex turnkey construction projects.

Leadership: First (scientific or disciplinary) leadership experience is of advantage.

IT knowledge: Versified handling of computer applications and knowledge in accounting and calculation programs (ideally RIB iTWO).

Working methods: team skills, independent work as well as high commitment to successfully design projects and processes.

Mobility: If you live outside of Berlin/Brandenburg, the willingness to be on site regularly to build and run the team.
