To strengthen our internal team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a dedicated recruiter/in parttime (m/w/d) with experience, heart and mind. Own-responsible control of the entire recruiting process: from the advertisement circuit to the pre-selection to the job interview Targeted address of suitable candidates via different channels (Active Sourcing, Social Media, Networks etc.) Close cooperation with the internal specialist departments for accurately fitting open positions Designing and optimizing our recruiting strategies and processes Presentation of I.K. Hofmann at trade fairs, career events and digital platforms

At least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in staff services Embossed communicative skills: You meet people at eye level and gain confidence with your authentic and professional way High level of initiative, organisational talent and team skills Secure handling of MS Office and popular recruiting tools Joy in a varied everyday life and work with people
