Your tasks:

• Creation of QM test plans and QM test instructions
• Planning and procurement of test equipment
• Implementation of risk analyses by FMEA
• Planning and monitoring of quality requirements for purchasing parts
• Planning and implementation of component testing
• Design of component dimensions
• Support for processing internal and external complaints by 8-D Report
• Planning and securing the initial design of parts
• Implementation of initial design to the customer
• Support in drawing creation and drawing testing

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Training as a technician:in, master:in or several years of professional experience in quality
• Possible experience and knowledge in plastics processing (spray casting)
• Safe application of automotive methods, procedures and techniques (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, IMDS, 8DReporting)
• Knowledge of the application of MS Office and CAQ software
• Ready for occasional missions
• Individual initiative and team skills
