You run and develop your workshop team, control the day-to-day operating business and ensure that our customers retain their vehicles quickly, safely and reliably. You will get the necessary design space to improve processes and develop the location together with your team.

You run, motivate and develop the workshop team at the Großbeeren site. You control the operating daily business and ensure efficient deployment, capacity and order planning. You ensure the timely and high quality execution of all maintenance, repair and repair work. You analyze relevant workshop key figures and derive concrete improvement measures. You're opting for existing workshop processes and ensuring high productivity and efficiency. You plan and monitor the agreed cost and earnings targets. You will keep in mind spare parts orders, material inserts and stocks. You ensure compliance with our quality, safety and safety standards. You are a reliable contact for our customers and also find service-oriented solutions for demanding needs. You work closely with internal departments and regional management.

A completed master qualification in the motor vehicle technician craft, ideally with a focus on commercial vehicle technology Alternatively, a comparable technical qualification with corresponding workshop and leadership experience Multiannual professional experience in a commercial vehicle workshop, ideally already as a workshop manager, workshop master, service manager or team manager Technical and operational knowledge Experience in managing workshop processes and a good understanding of costs, productivity and key figures An appreciation, clear and motivating guide style Impressed customer and service orientation and decision-making strength A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Safe handling of digital applications and Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of English Ideally, the CE category's driver's license and the authorization to carry out safety checks
